Each person logs in with their own password now — no more shared PIN. Add someone here with a blank password and their first login sets it automatically, or type one in yourself if you'd rather assign it directly. Worth knowing plainly: this checks against data stored the same way everything else in this app already is, not a hardened security system, so nobody should reuse a real, important password here.

Logged automatically when the scope is marked Approved or Finalized, and whenever a clarification from Assumptions Review is pushed into the scope.

If the same contractor is bidding more than one section of this scope (e.g., your excavation company also handles septic), group those trades here. Each trade in the group will show a callout at the top of its section on the generated document, naming the other sections that same bidder needs to price.

Every trade defaults to not included. Click "Include: Yes" to open it up. Each field shows its control type — Pick One (radio), Pick Any (checkboxes), Per-Location (add a row per instance), or Required Input (free text). The small dropdown next to each answer tracks whether it's Confirmed, Reported, Assumed, Unknown, or needs Investigation — same convention as your written SOWs.

This is the size the room labels print at on the page — adjust and reprint until it matches what you want. It applies the same way whether the sheet came in as a small scan or a huge architectural page.

Every field you've filled in across every included trade, one row per item, with its status. Change the status here and it updates the same control back in Scope Builder — this is a different view of the same data, not a separate copy. Use Progress Notes to track how each item is being resolved. Once a client responds, write the final wording in Confirmed Scope — that's the exact text that goes into the document when pushed. Use "+ Add Item" below to log a clarification or assumption directly here — those stay in this review list only and are never added to the generated Scope of Work until pushed.
